Terms of Sale SEPTEMBER 2024
Product Production:
all La Corallina products are handmade, one by one, and may be slightly different from the photographic content on the website www.lacorallina-firenze.it. Small imperfections are not attributable to a manufacturing defect but to the particularity and material of the product, entirely handcrafted.
Edgings, finishes, color gradations, and contrast levels may differ from what is displayed. La Corallina products are made at the time of ordering.
La Corallina does not have a warehouse with ready-made products, therefore we take up to a maximum of 7 working days to process your order.
Shipping Costs: Corallina, in collaboration with the carriers BRT and UPS, undertakes to deliver the products made without delay, asking for a contribution to the shipping costs as specified below:
Shipping to Italy costs €10 (For orders over €100 shipping is completely free)
The carrier, in order to maintain delivery times within the pre-established times, may independently decide to deliver your purchase to a fermo point closer to your address, in this case there is NO reimbursement for any shipping costs incurred.
For Italy the “PUDO - BRT” service is also available: delivery to a BRT collection point at a cost of €5.
We also ship our products throughout the “Euro Zone” asking for a contribution to shipping costs of €15.
It is also possible to ship to the following Extra EU areas by applying these different shipping contributions:
United States of America €85
United Kingdom €45
Rest of the World: €100
Customs fees are paid by the recipient and never included in the cost of shipping. In the event of product returns by the customer, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Invoice Issuance
Any request for an invoice must be made at the time of purchase. It is sufficient to fill in the “SDI” and “P.IVA” data when completing the order.
Discounts:
All promotions that fall within web communications (Newsletter Promotions, Discount Codes Via Mail, Flash Offers) are to be considered valid exclusively for the online sales channel and NOT usable in the physical stores in Florence and Marina di Campo
Shipping method:
Our products are transported by the BARTOLINI Express Courier and with UPS Express CourierDelivery times:Orders are shipped within a maximum of 7 working days. (Our products are handmade and therefore require ad hoc processing). Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
Returns and refund policy:
Our first goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to solve any problem.
Complaints: complaints for defective, broken or visibly damaged products must be received within the day following receipt of the products. Complaints received after this deadline will not be accepted. In order to apply the return clause for defective/damaged products, ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT WITH RESERVATION, i.e. by placing a reservation on the waybill before signing for acceptance. If you receive products damaged during transport, please DO NOT THROW AWAY ANYTHING. Contact us immediately to schedule the collection and replacement of the damaged items. Photographic documentation is essential for filing a complaint against our shipping agent.
Please remember that it is necessary to accept WITH RESERVATION upon delivery by the Courier in order to proceed with the refund of the damaged goods.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the items within a maximum of 14 days after delivery. We will refund you the amount spent on the order within 5 days of receiving the goods in the warehouse and after carefully evaluating their integrity. Here's what to do to activate the refund procedure:

When the right of withdrawal lapses:
The right of withdrawal lapses entirely in cases where La Corallina ascertains:
– Even partial use of the goods.
– Products made to measure, with specifications indicated by the customer, (so-called personalized product).
– The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
– The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts,…);
– Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
